What will I receive with my order?
If you order national data you will receive the market data charts for ALL MSAs
that REMarketStats tracks in pdf format. Click here to view a
sample chart. Each month you will receive
an email that contains a download link for the most current market
data charts available for each MSA
If you order state data you will receive the market data charts for ALL MSAs
tracked by REMarketstats in the State you ordered in pdf format. Each
month you will receive an email that contains a zip file for
the most current market data charts available for each MSA in the State you
ordered.
Be sure to check the Available MSAs to make
sure the areas you are interested in are available BEFORE you order.
When will I receive my charts once I place my order?
Once you place your order you will receive an email from REMarketStats within 24
hours containing the download access for the current charts you have purchased,
weekends and holidays excluded. After you receive your initial purchase
you will continue to receive your charts at the beginning of each month.
How do I contact you if I have questions about interpreting the MSA
real estate market analysis timing charts?
We try to maintain very strong educational content on the REMarketStats
site. We want you to make use of these valuable MSA charts. The
Video Training section includes video clips
that explain how to interpret charts, what the different market indicators mean
and so on. Additionally, we have training articles in the
articles section that include similar training.
Please also check our MarketStats Blog
for additional training info. As we receive questions we feel are useful
for all of our visitors to REMarketStats we will add the answers to those
questions either to our Video Training, Articles or MarketStats Blog. If
you cannot find the information you are looking for please email your question
as support@remarketstats.com.
Can I just purchase the MSA charts for 1 month?
This is not an option at this time. The value of the market indicators
comes over time as you watch the markets you are interested in. A
1 month snapshot is of little use to you.
Additionally our goal at REMarketStats is to help as many people as possible
with this very valuable and useful market timing data. We are able to keep
our price so low because we charge based on a monthly subscription. If we
were to sell only 1 month's worth of charts we would have to charge
significantly more and therefore would not be able to help as many people.
Can I share these charts with others?
No, when you sign up for a subscription at REMarketStats it is for your personal
use only. Sharing this data violates the terms
of use/contract you agree to when you make your purchase. Anyone found
violating usage rights will immediately be subject to cancellation of their
subscription based on the terms of use/contract. If you work in a real
estate office and wish to purchase a group membership for all real estate agents
in your office please contact us at
support@remarketstats.com for group rates and usage terms.
How long is my subscription with REMarketStats?
We think you will find this data so USEFUL and so VALUABLE that you will choose
to continue your subscription throughout your real estate investing career.
Subscriptions are for a minimum period of 6 months.
When you subscribe you are committing to this minimum length. You will
automatically be rebilled each month for your convenience to continue receiving
the valuable MSA market analysis timing charts. After your 6 month
subscription expires you may cancel at any time by emailing
support@remarketstats.com.
After your initial subscription period expires you will continue to be billed
each month and receive the market timing charts until you choose to cancel your
subscription.
What format will the charts be in?
The charts will be in pdf format. You will need
Adobe Acrobat Reader (a
free download) to view these files. The MSA charts will be zipped into
either state or national zip files, based on your purchase. You will need
to unzip the file to extract each MSA so you can view them. For example,
if you purchase the charts for the State of Alabama, you will receive a zip file
for Alabama, which you can then extract and view each of the pdf files for the MSAs in the State of Alabama.

When will I be billed?
Your monthly billing anniversary is from the date you signed up. You will
automatically be rebilled every month starting from your initial sign up date.
